| Quality department, sales department, application department and plan function department all can accept customers' complaints .The Quality Department deals with the appearance of the products or quality packaging complaints. Application department deals with the electrical quality complaints. The final report should be checked by quality manager and vice president . Then the report is send to the customer by sales.
